Please note that our team at Alviya works zealously to provide you with the best fashionable apparel. We suggest it's important if you go through the points mentioned below before you plan to exchange or return any of our products.
We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know. All our orders under-go a series of quality checks before dispatch. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not what you pictured in your mind; you may exchange the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags for an return request to be raised within 7 days ( 168hrs ) and exchange request within 7 days ( 168hrs ) from the date on which these goods are delivered. We are always available here to help you witness the best of purchasing experience without any hindrances.
By purchasing on the website, it is understood that you have read the exchange policies & agreed upon the same before checking out.
What you cannot return or exchange?
● Customized products are non returnable & non exchangeable.
● Items without tags (or if tags have been taken off from the product), used or worn products, washed and damaged products.
Got a product that you wish to return?
Products purchased on the Alviya website are eligible for a return if return requested is raised within 7 days ( 168hrs ) from the date of delivery.
● All eligible products for return should be processed from the ‘RETURNS CENTER’ section at the footer of the website.
● The return request will be approved or disapproved within 2-4 business days. Once the request is approved. Our team shall arrange for a reverse pickup. All details pertaining to your return shall be communicated over the registered email address with us.)
● Refunds shall be processed only after the product is duly received at our warehouse and passes the quality check.
● In the case of items bought on CASH ON DELIVERY, refunds shall be processed in the form of gift cards or bank transfers only. In such cases, refunds through the original source shall not be provided.
●The mode selected by the purchaser for refund cannot be reversed or changed, once the return request has been raised and approved from the team.
Return cost will be deducted from your refunds or store credits or Bank refund in case of home collection.
Bank refunds are initiated in your bank account/source account within 30 business days of product receipt at our warehouse.
All refunds except GIFT CARDS shall processed within 30business days from the date of return request raised. All details pertaining to your refund shall be communicated over the registered email address shared with us.
● All other refunds shall be processed either to the original source itself or in the form of gift cards as preferred by the purchase.
Products purchased as a part of the 'Buy 2 Pay 1' Promotion are eligible for a maximum of 50% refund on the returned product.
● Product once exchanged, cannot be returned or exchanged again.
● In the event of exchanging an item for a different size (same product) there will be no additional charges applicable.
● If products are exchanged for a different product of a higher price, the differential amount will be charged while processing the exchange.
● If products are exchanged for a different product of a lower price, the differential amount will be given in the form of gift cards.
● All details pertaining to your order and steps forward shall be communicated over the registered email address with us. ● The refund amount will be processed as per the ordered date. In event of any changes in price on the website , it will not be applicable.
*Due to external factors, no reverse pick up is available for certain pincodes. In the event, it is the purchaser responsibility to return the product to our business address (Alviya .519, Udyog Vihar, Phase - 5, Gurugram - 122016. Haryana, India.)
* In event of customer sending the return to our business address on their own, the shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
Everything you need to know about or GIFT CARDS:
All gift cards are valid for ONE year from the date of issue.
● The details of gift cards shall be communicated over your registered email ID with us.
● Gift cards are different from coupon codes.
● Gift cards can be applied along with coupon codes on the Checkout page.
● All gift cards can be applied any number of times till the value pertains.
● Alviya team’s decision shall be considered final for accepting exchanges, returns or refunds.
● Alviya shall not take any responsibility in cases of lost shipments or wrongly received products by means of returns.
● Alviya holds the authority to change the modes of refunds (if any).
